This is a special Arctic version of the UK Army Operational Ration Pack (24 hour MRE).
These 24 hour MREs provide additional calories from freeze dried main meals, and electrolytes for arctic combat operations.
Most of these items are not available in the regular UK ORP.

These are rare to find, as they are ordered only for Arctic deployments or training.
